Here are some ideas for our guests to fill their time in Tolo. There are many things to do in Tolo and the surrounding areas.

Water Sports: sailing, scuba diving, snorkelling,
waterskiing, sailing, windsurfing, banana & ringo rides, inflatable water toys, canyoning and pedal boats.
In Nea Kios, near Nafplio, you can try kitesurfing and in Vivari, a village near Tolo, try mountain climbing.
Go for a trip to the islands of Tolo with a boat where you will also find some ruins of a medieval castle(Romvi island) and a small church (Koronisi). Also discover the small island, ”Daskalio” behind the big island Romvi.
Daily organized cruises from the harbour of Tolo provide transportation to the worldwide known island of Hydra, Spetses, Poros, Monemvasia and Nafplio (capital of Argolida).
Visit archaeological sites such as the historic town of Nafplio, ancient Tyrins, Mycenae, Argos, Ancient Epidaurus, Ancient Olympia, Sparta, Mistras, Monemvasia.

Cultural and religious events

Main cultural events are the Epidaurus theatrical festival, the July Festival of Ancient Epidaurus “Little Theatre” and the summer classic and folk music festival of Nafplio(17-26/06).

In the last week of June, Tolo organises the Navy week, festival with traditional music, dance and sailing customs.
In the end of August, Tolo organises the Festival of the Fishermen. Marking the beginning of the whitebait fishing season. Local fisherman offer whitebait and wine and the Traditional Dance Company of Tolo display their talents for all to enjoy.
