, the capital of the prefecture, located 80 km southwest of Athens and is the ideal urban center of Corinthos.

Worth a visit is the beach Rod, which is an area of heavy tourist traffic, and the plethora of restaurants, clubs and the excellent care of the beach attract both residents and visitors.

In the ancient city, just south stands an ancient temple of Apollo, with its imposing Doric columns monolithic.

The museum exhibits collections of vases of all periods, including the famous Corinthian, which flooded the markets of the ancient world in the 7th and 6th centuries. BC

Just 3 km from Ancient Corinthos Acrocorinthos rises with the title, the oldest fortress in the Peloponnese that impresses, both because of the great views offered and the number and diversity of the monuments.
